So her brother went to pick her up from that location instead. Her brother drove to a neighborhood in Manassas, Virginia, an area the family described as unsafe. Around midnight, Destiny called her mother again, saying her brother had left the area because he felt uncomfortable. Her mother, frustrated, told her to figure it out. That was the last time Destiny spoke to her family.
