Kada Scott, 23, was last seen on October 4, 2025, after leaving her overnight shift at The Terrace at Chestnut Hill, a senior living facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Surveillance footage shows her exiting the building at approximately 9:45 p.m., just moments after arriving for work.

She has not been seen or heard from since.Her family reported her missing the next day. When investigators arrived at the scene, they discovered her car still parked in the nursing home lot, raising further concern about her sudden disappearance.
