Brandon Isabelle Found Guilty in the Murders of Danielle Hoyle and Newborn Daughter Kennedy

A Memphis jury has found Brandon Isabelle guilty of the brutal murders of 27-year-old Danielle Hoyle and their 2-day-old daughter, Kennedy Hoyle.

On February 1, 2022, Danielle was lured to meet Isabelle in Whitehaven, Memphis. Investigators say Isabelle shot Danielle near her vehicle, which was later discovered with a broken window. Baby Kennedy was missing from the scene, sparking a massive multi-agency search effort.

According to police affidavits, Isabelle confessed not only to killing Danielle but also to throwing his infant daughter into the Mississippi River. Despite extensive searches, Kennedy was never found.
The jury found Isabelle guilty of:
• First-degree murder of Danielle Hoyle
• First-degree murder of Kennedy Hoyle
• Aggravated child abuse
• Aggravated child neglect
• Aggravated kidnapping
He will be sentenced tomorrow and faces life in prison or the death penalty.
