The rapper was killed on Monday while with his daughter at Slappy's Car Wash.

Fort Worth rapper Lil Ronnie, real name, Ronnie Smith and his five-year-old daughter, R'Mani, were tragically gunned down late Monday morning at a local car wash. The shooting occurred just before 11 a.m. at Slappy’s Car Wash, located in the 6500 block of Forest Hill Drive. Lil Ronnie’s daughter, who was killed in the attack, had just celebrated her birthday on Sunday. A witness told CBS News Texas that they heard between 20 to 30 gunshots during the incident.
Authorities have remained tight-lipped about the details as the investigation remains ongoing. Police announced that a suspect has been identified and there is an active warrant for capital murder issued however, they did not publically identify the suspect(s).
In a statement, Slappy’s Car Wash announced that the establishment would be closed for at least two days to assist law enforcement.
